LEX: Interactive Marketing

An easy to use, all-encompassing product where Chambers can use their own contacts database (active and prospect) to send corporate html emails. LEX Interactive Marketing enables you to build meaningful relationships with your clients via an affordable and full-featured marketing email service.

We design the templates based on either Chambers current marketing format or
redesigned based on Chambers website.

Event Management functionality

LEX Interactive Marketing will track responses in real-time so Chambers can track accepts, declines and tentative. As well as external recipients LEX Interactive Marketing can also invite members of Chambers and staff to events with the ability to appear in their own diaries.

LEX Interactive Marketing sends the emails on your behalf so it doesn’t matter the size or
the number of sends required it won’t impact on Chambers internal infrastructure.

I think the Lex Marketing module is a fantastic addition to Lex. Park Square Barristers was formed in Feb 2015 following the merger of two large sets. This has presented its own challenges in terms of managing our data, but the Lex Marketing module has allowed us to continue our programme of regular seminars, ensuring that both our current and future instructing solicitors are invited. I know that delegates have welcomed the option to accept or decline directly from the email, which then allows us to track the attendance of delegates in real time, and to follow up where necessary.

It is also useful to see the percentage of delegates who accept, against those who actually attend on the day, and to be able to generate a signing in sheet and delegate labels from within the module. I particularly like the option to monitor the costs of each event. The dashboard, which gives a summary of current and recent seminars, is also helpful, as is the data showing the website links that delegates have clicked. I think it is an excellent product, and would be happy to recommend it to other sets of chambers.
