Edict incorporates a fully definable security role system enabling solicitor firms to create as many independent security profiles as required i.e. Internal/External Users, etc.
Through the use of a simple user interface, security access can be enabled or disabled upon every aspect of the Edict system. Using a secure three tier system the level of user access can be defined with Full Access, View Only or even Not Visible (Completely removing items from view), This enables every menu, menu item, user field and screen to be individually tailored to allow or restrict access on an individual or group basis. Further still, fields can be defined as mandatory or set with a default value.
