1st/2nd Line Support - We are expanding our support team and are looking for a suitably experienced person to join us. The role includes call logging and technical support within agreed SLA's for LEX our barristers chambers management application and EDICT our solicitors diary software. Experience within the legal sector would be advantageous as would a knowledge of SQL databases. A cool, courteous demeanor and ability to work under pressure are considered essential.
